Some of our retail properties are under construction to be turned into retail centres in the near future.
Different and outstanding, in the city of Sofia a new generation logistic park is located in one of the fastest-growing areas of the city with over 53 000 square meters of facilities and only 10 minutes away from the centre. Currently, it is home to 25 warehouses and 18 office units. With its modern colourful architecture and impressive size it is hard to miss.
The company owns over 12 360 square meters of office space with plenty of parking and storage facilities. They are divided amongst 4 innovative office buildings, located in the most prestigious areas of Sofia.With an average occupancy of 95.25% for the last 5 years, the offices are currently home to businesses such as Metlife European branch, Alfa Laval, OMK, BDO, and others.
Residential buildings have been a major focus and a top priority for the company for the past 5 years. Near the city of Sofia, the Lozen Gardens residential complex project is currently under construction. On an area of almost 108 000 square meters we are planning to create a village of 95 single-family houses, 19 row houses, 3 public buildings, a park and a public parking lot. And there is a lot more to be expected.
Industrial property represents a big share of the passive investment activity of the company. Vector Property Group is currently a major shareholder directly or through subsidiaries in several industries, such as Slantcho PLC, Metagaz JSC, Specter Enterprise Ltd.
