Residential buildings have been a major focus and a top priority for the company for the past 10 years. Near the city of Sofia, the Lozen Gardens residential complex project is currently under construction. On an area of almost 108 000 sq.m. we are planning to create a village of 95 single-family houses, 19 row houses, 3 public buildings, a park and a public parking lot. And there is a lot more to be expected.
