Business model.
Our business model revolves around developing built-to-suit properties in the logistics, commercial, office, and residential sectors.
This means that our process starts with acquiring land, designing a project for how the usable space will look like, presenting it to possible tenants and investors and then moving on to the building process itself. Once we complete a project, it becomes available for renting.
