Specter Enterprise Ltd. was built in the industrial zone of the town of Sliven. Currently, the plant does not function as a production unit, but is leased as work and warehouse premises. The factory can be reached via the Trakia highway and it is connected to a Thermal Power Plant with its own substation inside.

Metagaz Ltd. operates as a compressed natural gas (CNG) utilities company. It operates in the entire distribution gas value chain, from distribution and marketing to liquefaction and transport. The company is the first CNG seller in Bulgaria and it actually was a monopolist on the local market till 2007. Metagaz Ltd. currently has 2 liquefaction stations and 6 CNG gas stations in Sofia.

Slantcho JSC has been producing instant infant food on grain basis, wheat crunchies and cereals since 1979. In 2012 the company expanded its portfolio of baby food by starting the production of baby purees in the following varieties: fruit, vegetable and meat-and-vegetable purees, desserts and gruels. All Slantcho products are made of carefully selected raw materials, under strict observation of the good manufacturing practices and the successfully implemented ISO and HACCP principles.
