The retail park in Vratsa was originally constructed as a supermarket for Penny Market in 2011 under a 30 year lease contract. After suspending its operations in Bulgaria, the retailer’s mother company REWE re-leased it to local retailer Finesse. Now, it is currently rented out to BILLA and expansions are underway so that we can accommodate other retailers as well.
The Lidl store in Stara Zagora is situated in one of the key districts in the city, right next to the highly developed industrial zone. The lease contract for the property was signed in 2008.
Since 2008, this property has been leased to Lidl and their ever expanding chain of stores in Bulgaria. Their rent contract was signed for 33 years.
The retail park in Montana is situated at the cross-section of the two main boulevards in this town located in South-Western Bulgaria. At first, it accommodated the first Lidl in Montana and now it is home to other well-known brands such as Pepco and KIK.
Vector Property Group is also the owner of two shops in the heart of Student City (Studentski grad) in the capital of Sofia. They are currently rented out to Postbank and Telenor.
